I bought tickets and now I want to cancel/return them before the event. Can I cancel/return my ticket purchase?

No, unfortunately you can’t cancel/return your ticket purchase before the event or receive a refund if you can’t attend the event.

Can I give away my tickets to someone else as a gift (or if I am unable to attend)?

All spectator tickets are transferable. But please remember, one ticket per person and no refunds.
